Welcome to my new blog! I created this blog as an outlet to spew motivation all over the place! Well… that and share my philosophically positive interpretation of the world. If that is such a thing 😉
Nevertheless, if you are looking for a positive voice, a pick-me-up or a kick-in-the-butt to start following your dreams, you have come to the right place! Wanna join the conversation? Please do! Send me a message or leave me a comment and we’ll get the conversation rolling.
Who am I? Hmmmm, that’s a loaded question. In short, I’m a motivational speaker. I’m a survivor. I’m an overcomer. I’m a talker. I’m an entertainer. I’m a goofball. I’m a business woman. But most important, it’s my mission to be an uplifting voice in the world.
Yes, I am a motivational speaker; however I like to think of myself as life’s motivational cheerleader. I believe in pushing yourself every day. Every day is a new opportunity to dream, and every day is a new chance to work toward your goals.
All you have to do is… do it!
Try it, I dare you! But, buyer beware, its contagious, inspiring and uplifting. That’s why dreaming and achieving is so much fun!
Now, just as I challenge you to think outside the box and push yourself to have many great dreams, I too will push myself beyond my comfort zone. I am spreading my wings and expanding my mission and my message. There is enough negativity in the world so I’ve decided if I can help spread some “awesome” and some “motivation” then so be it, that’s what I’m gonna do. Look out world, Adrienne is here to inspire, motivate, tell stories, cry, laugh and have some fun. Will you join me?
I fell into being a motivational speaker ten years ago when I won the title Miss Kansas. I spent a year traveling my home state giving motivational and inspirational talks to all ages. My message and enthusiasm must have caught on because ten years later I am still motivating; however, Toto, I’m not in Kansas anymore. I have magically appeared, via my Ford Escape, in schools, businesses and organizations not only in Kansas, but in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and New York! No, I’m notjust a former beauty queen. I’m also a survivor and an overcomer. Life has handed me its fair share of challenges such as severing my foot from my leg, facing depression, and surviving the dreaded rat race. My stories are diverse; moreover, I believe many of my greatest challenges are what allow me the ability to help others grow beyond their self-prescribed limitations.
So, first things first, I must say thank you for reading my first blog. Second, thank you for joining me on this journey. And third, the journey is much more fun with conversation. Please don’t be a silent bystander. Instead, get noisy, get opinionated and lets have a conversation during this journey!
I encourage you to look around and if you have any questions/comments please don’t hesitate to send them my way. I love conversation and constructive criticism.
